Two Things:

 1) My LV brushstroke device is original. Louis Vuitton does not own the alphabet, letters L and V are public domain. Louis Vuitton :It's not my fault if you spend too much in advertising. Fame can come without spending, as I am proof of it. You do not own LV. The alphabet is public domain. To claim that LV automatically gives one due advantage because of YOUR fame is totally off the hook!

                     2) The background is Scottish Plaid not Louis Vuitton Damier prints. The complaint shows rectangular measurements not checkerboards. But even if represented in squares, they are generic, occurring in nature, not Louis Vuitton Damier prints. 

               

                      I cannot be prevented from using what is my original creation. It is morally wrong. As Sun Tzu would say, I hold the moral law for LV brushstroke. The device LV is already registered under cosmetics and it is my intention to expand it to other classifications. As a small business owner, I cannot comply with the Madrid requirements as of now, that is why I make use of the internet to forewarn others from using it. Like Louis Vuitton, I too am concerned of my trademark rights worldwide as the internet and Bitcoin has suddenly made the world a single marketplace. Please note that the opposition to Archewell Harvatera will be allowed to expire on March 28, 2021 so that registration is as good as mine. Hence, Archewell Harvatera LV is now my trademark. The proof is in the timeline of use in the internet for all my claims. All FDA permits are being processed as well as other permits hence the delay of launching of my ARCHEWELL HARVATERA LV products in the internet. I must forewarn Louis Vuitton to refrain from filing cases against ARCHEWELL HARVATERA LV involving monetary damages, because I will counter-charge with a larger amount. Let us just resolve this peacefully. A war can cause havoc on our goodwill but if you push me, you leave me no choice.
